These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of services provided by Underbooth Limited, including but not limited to the Underbooth community, Fully Booked program, Launchpad, coaching calls, AI tools, training materials, and any related products or services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Underbooth service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Underbooth services.

Underbooth provides educational training, coaching, community access, and software tools for DJs, artists, and music professionals.

All services are educational in nature.

Underbooth provides access to:

• Training programs
• Coaching calls
• Community access
• Guest expert sessions
• AI tools and software
• Educational materials
• Templates and resources
• Events and workshops

Services may change at any time.

Underbooth does not guarantee any specific outcome including bookings, income, growth, or career advancement.

3. Educational Use Only

Underbooth provides educational guidance only.

Underbooth does not provide booking services, management services, representation, or done for you outreach unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for implementation and results.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices referenced across Underbooth website pages, webinars, emails, sales materials, and promotional content are illustrative and may be expressed in different currencies including EUR, USD, GBP, or others.

Prices may be rounded for simplicity.

Actual pricing may vary slightly due to currency conversion, regional pricing, promotional offers, or rounding.

The final price payable is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the price shown at checkout regardless of previously referenced or approximate pricing.

Underbooth reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect completed purchases.

Promotional pricing may be offered periodically and may differ from standard pricing.

5. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Payment plans represent a commitment to the full program price.

Failure to continue accessing the program does not cancel payment obligations.

Stopping use of the program does not cancel payments.

Removal from the program due to behaviour or violation of these terms does not cancel payment obligations.

Underbooth reserves the right to collect outstanding payments.

6. Refund Policy

Underbooth offers a 14 day cooling off period for digital purchases.

This cooling off period applies only if the program has not been accessed.

Access is considered used the moment the user:

• receives login credentials
• accepts a Mighty Networks invitation
• logs into the community
• views any content
• attends any call
• downloads any resource
• uses AI tools
• receives access to materials

Access is also considered used where content becomes available to the user regardless of whether it is consumed.

Once access occurs, the cooling off period ends and the purchase becomes non refundable.

Due to the digital nature of the services, no refunds are provided after access.

Refunds outside this policy are at the sole discretion of Underbooth.

7. Fully Booked Program

Fully Booked may be offered in multiple formats including:

• Monthly access
• Four month program
• Twelve month access
• Promotional offers
• Launchpad only access

Pricing is typically approximately 297 per month or equivalent.

Exact pricing may vary by currency, promotion, or checkout.

8. Four Month Paid Period and Bonus Access

In many cases, Fully Booked is sold as a four month paid program.

Additional access beyond four months may be provided as a bonus.

This includes promotions such as:

• Black Friday offers
• New Year promotions
• Webinar offers
• Limited campaigns

Where Fully Booked is sold with additional bonus months, the paid portion of the program is defined as the first four months.

Any additional months are provided free of charge and have no standalone monetary value.

Bonus access:

• is not paid for
• has no monetary value
• may be removed at any time
• is non refundable

If a user requests cancellation or is removed after the paid period has elapsed, no refund is due.

If a user requests cancellation or is removed during the paid period, any refund is at the discretion of Underbooth.

9. One Month Launchpad Access

Launchpad only access may be provided for approximately one month.

Access lasts for 30 days unless upgraded.

After 30 days, access may end unless upgraded.

No refunds are provided once access begins.

10. Access Duration

Access duration varies depending on purchase.

Access may end:

• at end of program duration
• after promotional period
• if payment plan fails
• if user violates terms
• at Underbooth discretion

Underbooth does not guarantee lifetime access.

Underbooth may change the platform used to deliver services at any time.

Users agree that access may be transferred to a different platform without refund.

11. Community Conduct

Users agree to engage respectfully within the community and in communications relating to Underbooth.

Behaviour that is harmful, misleading, or intended to disrupt the community or damage the program may result in removal at Underbooth’s discretion.

Underbooth reserves the right to remove any participant at its sole discretion where participation is deemed not aligned with the community, program integrity, or intended use of the service.

Removal may occur without warning.

Removal does not guarantee refund.

Payment obligations remain.

12. Coaching and Results Disclaimer

Underbooth provides education and coaching only.

Underbooth does not guarantee:

• bookings
• gigs
• income
• career growth
• label signings
• followers
• social media growth

Results depend on user effort, experience, market conditions, and external factors.

You accept full responsibility for implementation.

13. Guest Coaches

Coaching may be delivered by:

• Mikey
• Underbooth team members
• guest experts
• third party coaches

Mikey is not guaranteed to personally deliver coaching.

Guest coaches may change at any time.

14. Calls and Schedule

Call schedules are subject to change.

Underbooth may:

• reschedule calls
• cancel calls
• replace coaches
• modify frequency
• change formats

No refunds are provided due to schedule changes.

Calls may be recorded for training, educational, and promotional purposes.

15. AI Tools Disclaimer

Underbooth may provide AI powered tools.

These tools are provided for assistance only.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.

Users must verify all information.

Underbooth accepts no liability for decisions made using AI tools.

16. Intellectual Property

All Underbooth materials remain property of Underbooth Limited.

This includes:

• videos
• documents
• templates
• AI tools
• frameworks
• training materials

Users may not:

• share materials
• resell materials
• distribute materials
• reproduce materials
• provide access to others
• create competing programs using materials

Violation may result in removal without refund.

17. Access Termination

Underbooth may terminate access for:

• violation of terms
• abusive behaviour
• payment failure
• misuse of materials
• community disruption
• conduct not aligned with program intent

Termination may occur without warning.

No refund is guaranteed.

Payment obligations remain.

18. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact Underbooth support before initiating chargebacks.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support is a violation of these terms.

Underbooth reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and recover funds.

Access may be revoked immediately.

19. Limitation of Liability

Underbooth is not liable for:

• business losses
• lost bookings
• lost income
• reputational impact
• career outcomes
• third party decisions

Use of the program is at your own risk.

20. Changes to Services

Underbooth may:

• modify content
• change structure
• remove features
• add features
• change platform
• change coaches

No refunds are provided for service changes.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the Republic of Ireland.
