Wanted to just pop in some highlights from this insane Jan/Feb tour that we did these past 5 weeks. It was probably the best month we ever had in terms of bookings where we played high-quality venues and great cities (Salt Lake City, Chicago, LA, DC & NYC). I also wanted to mention that if anyone is doubting themselves, these things are possible. Two years ago, before doing this program, I didn’t know one person in the business. By using the training, being relentless and finding the right contacts, these things started happening for us. Keep plugging away, be persistent, and you’ll see the results. Just got the after movie for the Ibiza Rocks gig in and posted. I still am in disbelief. This is an ode to Mikey Mooguire and the program he has built here. A little over a year ago I joined Fully Booked. I’d had some solid production success… but no gigs coming in. I’ve worked the program’s system the way it was taught, and I’ve just played a big club in Ibiza, and whilst doing so built relationships with promoters and bookers over there, so now I get to come back and do it all over again! So if you’re just starting out or things aren’t working out at the moment, just trust the process and keep plugging along. It does work, this is the proof right here. I had my brand’s first event back at it post-lockdown over the weekend. We had 150+ turn out in the pouring rain on a Sunday, and all went well. The venue emailed the day after, saying they were stoked with how it went and invited us back in January/February! Also got to debut our first bit of merch, and we’ve been inundated with people asking when they can get one.

Had a few nice wins yesterday… 1. Feature confirmed on Blanc. 2. Eden Ibiza messaged saying they’d be interested in doing Black Seven at Eden. 3. Spoke with the owner of Bora Bora, and he’d be keen to do something! 4. I followed up on one of my emails with someone who I didn’t hear back from with the ‘cheese’ strategy. Got a reply straight away. 5. Had an investor approach us about doing a Black Seven week in Ibiza. 6. We got booked in London for August. 7. In talks with someone about arranging a series of U.K. shows for a big brand you’d all know at places like Mint, Ministry of Sound, Studio338 and many more. 8. Started looking into sorting Black Seven ADE. Most of this happened just YESTERDAY!

I’ve been in pure grind mode in every area of my life for the last number of weeks! Where to start… ,First, I got an off-the-cuff shout to play in a big club near me a couple of weeks ago. This is somewhere I’ve been trying to get into to play since I met Mikey years ago, and it finally happened! It went so well I ended up playing there again last Sunday. After my set I approached the manager and asked if they had any support sets lined up for a big-name Irish DJ who was playing there for Freshers Week (student week, packed solid!) I got onto the bill supporting him! Even through my postgraduate studies and trying to juggle everything else I’m still able to use the skills taught on the programme as a way to be successful at what I love to do. Manifest that sh*t people!

Headline gig in Costa Rica sold out. Rammed wall to wall and just a straight vibe. I had so much fun and was told I absolutely SMASHED it. Some people said it was hands down the best night of the year. The opener said that my set was a masterclass and someone in the crowd handed me their phone with a message that said I have to come back. To say I am buzzing right now is an understatement! Thank you Mikey! Without this program, I never would have landed this.
